Where To Eat in Asheville
Restaurant Suggestions:
- Corner Kitchen: in Biltmore Village. A nice place for brunch; Kristi and Will go there often on Sundays with Will’s parents. (3 Boston Way).
- Marco’s Pizzeria: Kristi’s family frequents the north-side restaurant, while Will’s goes to the south-side location. Great pizza! (North: 946 Merrimon Avenue; South: 1854 Hendersonville Road).
- Frank’s Roman Pizza: if you’re craving good pizza, and are near the mall, then definitely head for Frank’s! Kristi’s dad took her siblings and her here for years when they were children. (90 Tunnel Road).
- Tupelo Honey Cafe: one of Kristi’s very favorite restaurants. Located in downtown Asheville. Southern cooking, with a twist. The grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup combo is to-die-for! (12 College Street).
- Flat Rock Grille: in South Asheville; great steaks and seafood! (1302 Hendersonville Road).
- Rezaz: in Biltmore Village. Great Mediterranean food! (28 Hendersonville Road).
- Steak & Wine: a new steakhouse in downtown Asheville. Located in the stunning, art-deco, historic S&W building. Delicious steaks– especially the prime rib! (56 Patton Avenue).
- Mela Indian Restaurant: Located downtown; wonderful, flavorful food. Will and Kristi enjoy going there with Will’s parents, especially in recent months, to prepare for our honeymoon in India! (70 North Lexington Ave).
